Getting involved in hedgehog conservation is more then just volunteering your time, it’s about making a real difference for wildlife. By participating, you help collect valuable data, improve habitats, and raise awareness in your community. In return, you’ll gain new skills, meet like-minded people, and experience the satisfaction of knowing your actions are helping to protect a species that needs our support. Every contribution, no matter how small, brings us closer to a safer future for hedgehogs.

Featured opportunity
One of our most impactful ongoing initiatives is the Hedgehog Sightings Map. This project invites people from across the world to record where and when they spot hedgehogs, whether alive, nesting, or sadly as road casualties. By collecting this data, we can map population distribution, track easonal behavior, and identify danger hotpots. Your participation can help guide local conservation efforts and save lives.
